Wellbeing Workshops

In a fast moving world, it is easy to lose focus of ourselves and neglect our own wellbeing.

All of the workshops are therapeutic and wellbeing focussed, offering the opportunity to reflect, explore, and take the next step in moving on to a happier and healthier future.

Facilitated by myself, Andrea Aylward, an experienced and qualified therapist and tutor, I will guide you through the workshop with support and encouragement.

The price of the workshop includes materials, and a Continuous Professional Development certificate is given on completion to attendees.

Should you have any specific requirements, please send a separate email, giving any relevant details.

Customised Workshops

Creative Therapy

Art is for everyone to enjoy and is the closest means we have to expressing our sense of feeling.
This workshop is a reflective process, whilst being thoroughly enjoyable and uplifting.

You DON'T have to be good at art, or a naturally creative person, in order to enjoy this experience!

Saturday, June 1st
10:00 - 14:00 (4hrs)

Creative therapy is an opportunity to explore your inner world through image. It is available to anyone, over the age of 18, whether you feel connected to art or not.

You will be guided through the process, encouraged, and supported, as you encounter a side to yourself that you didn't know existed.

For those who enjoy anything creative, wellbeing focussed, or spiritual, this opportunity will allow you to reach new levels of self-awareness through art and image.
